Yes. I do not own a 64 bit machine, nor do I know how I could cross-build an AMD64 package. I am sorry for this. However, using $ apt-get source cc65 --build should get you AMD64 packages. (Only the package "cc65" itself is affected, as the other packages cc65-* are architecture-agnostic.) I will check how I can cross-build AMD64 packages, and put them on the server, too.
