I assumed this would work after the discussion we had. I'm no specialist for
gnu make. Maybe I will have to actually pass these things down via command
line. I don't really like that, because the bottom make files are used much
more often, so chances are that I forget to change the top level makefiles.

Is there anything I caan fix in the sources, or is it a problem of the clang?
