[cc65] Snapshot Testing

Unfortunately to NanoVM CVS head is in a quite inconsistent state
(even for the Unix test target) :-(

After learning that the hard way I synced to the state I left off two
years ago...

And there the only change necessary was to remove the startup code
object from the linker cmdline to build and run the VM incl. i.e. a
QuickSort sample Java program successfully :-)

As mentioned before let me know and I'll repeat the two tests (Contiki
2.x and "old" NanoVM) with a release candidate.
