[cc65] cl 4029 breaks my code

Hi Uz, I see you have been putting in great effort last weeks. Thanks!

I guess it's not unexpected I have some problems with checking out
cc65 head and making my code work on it. It seems to get gradually
worse with time, but the first problem appears with CL 4029. Maybe you
can check if there is some problem with it. It's a little over my
head.

If it would help, I can make a minimal example where the assembly
output changes. But I don't have the time now.
