[cc65] Profiling, timing on the Apple //e

Hello all,

I'd like to time or profile with sub-minute (seconds) resolution on the //e
with cc65.  Right now I am using the Thunderclock card, but I only get
minutes.  How would I get seconds with or without a clock card?
