[cc65] OT: user port printer driver for C64

Hi all,

sorry for the slightly off-topic post, but I didn't find one on the 
internet. Quite strange, ISTR they were quite common back in the days...

I'm looking for a printer driver which enables printing to a centronics 
(parallel) printer connected to the user port.

I need the source code, too, in order to find out how to drive the 6526 
correctly.
