[cc65] C64 _sysrename() missing

Too bad, now that I can scratch/delete/remove files, I can't rename
them, since the _sysrename() function has not been written for cbm
devices :(

And since I'm no 6502 assembler expert, it's no easy job for me to code
the function (maybe, that's the reason why I use cc65? :-)

Now I'd like to ask if somebody has already written this, but for
whatever reason it is not included in the standard cbm library yet? Or
if somebody could give me a tip, which 2 argument assembler function I
should use as a template to implement it myself.
