In english:

    "For completeness sake we will mention the possibly most important
    operating system routine that existis: CHROUT (often also called PRINT or

In other words: Both names are common. I cannot see any reason to change
internally(!) used names of subroutines of the runtime library from one naming
to another. Everybody is free to use his own naming scheme. ca65 does not
enforce usage of one or the other.
