[cc65] adding assembler labels from c?

Hi there!

I find that I need to do a tight loop in assembly within a function, but
I don't seem to be able to insert an assembler label in a __asm__
statement.  Should I be doing this in pure assembler, or is there a way
to do this that I'm not finding in the docs?
