[cc65] Optimization ideas: more feedback please

Okay, I've now implemented the leaf function
optimization (using alternate zero page locations to
avoid save/restore of 'registers').

I'd like to get some more feedback before proceeding
further.

An additional related optimization, which I didn't
mention in my first post, would be to pass parameters
to leaf functions via 'registers' (zero page) instead
of the stack. This would be done for static functions
only.
