[cc65] Apple II No-Slot-Clock

I have a no-slot-clock on the way for my Apple II and was wondering if
anyone has some sample code or pointers on how to use it from cc65. It
apparently emulates the Thunderclock.

I have a new project in mind... I've always wanted to build the
"ultimate alarm clock" and was always going to do it with a PIC
microcontroller. A much more fun solution will be an Apple IIc with a
RTC and a LCD display. I found some tiny composite input LCD displays
that will be perfect!
