[cc65] minicast

since i keep pointing ppl at this program everytime the "c is dog slow" myth 
comes up, what should i do to make minicast 
(ftp://ftp.musoftware.de/pub/groepaz/minicast.tar.gz) a regular example 
program? its already documented quite ok-ish if i recall correctly, and its a 
good example on how to use inline asm and other optimizations in a real world 
app :)
