[cc65] IP and server changes

I'm currently in the process of moving services to a new server machine, which
has a much better internet connection. Arising problems will hopefully be
temporary.

The ftp server has already moved. I've decreased the DNS TTL for the
musoftware.de zone before doing the move, so DNS changes should propagate
quickly. If nothing bad happens, www.cc65.org will also move this weekend.
Since it contains the mailing list archive, some care is need to avoid loosing
new mails to the list.

Please drop me a mail if any ftp or www related problems do not vanish within
a day or two.
