[cc65] abc music specification

Hi,

I found a great tutorial on the net about the ABCmusic notation
at http://www.lesession.co.uk/abc/abc_notation.htm

If we develop a abc-driver I suggest that we try to be close to this
tutorial. Perhaps it could even be called the specs for the abc module.
It would also be a good thing to ask the guy to wrote this
if we can add it to the documentation of the abc-driver.

I am currently changing my abcmusic.s for the Lynx to be closer
to this specs. But of course it would be great to create a real
driver out of this so that people could exchange melodies and
rhythm sections easily.

Since I published my abccreator tool on the Atari Times I have
heard that people in France are writing mod-converters for it
and others are already using it for games developement.
