[cc65] Programs switch to lowercase on C64.

I _know_ this was discussed some time ago and I made a mental note of it...
But I lost the mental yellow sticky. :) 

When a cc65 compiled C64 program runs it immediately switches to the
lower/upper case character set. How do I change it back to the
uppercase/graphic character set?
