The license is definitely not BSD/X11 as suggested by the comment, since for a small part of the code the old JRD license is still in place, which is much stricter. The new license would be "zlib/libpng License", but it doesn't cover all of the code. My suggestion would be to leave it as it is. I'm in the process of rewriting both critical modules that contain the remaining JRD code (the other two being header files, that do not contain actual code), so there's a chance that the old license will be history with the next major release. My work on the compiler stalled the last two weeks because I got my K2 (http://www.elecraft.com/k2_page.htm) and spent most free time building it, but I hope to get back on track soon.
