[cc65] Anyway to stop optimzation of inline assembler

The compiler is removing inline assembler from the uip_arch.c module of
contiki. I read the docs where it said this may happen and to turn off
optimzations ... I can't as then the code grows another 1200+ bytes and I
overflow my memory space.

Anyway to have the compiler ignore inline assembler ... ? or turn off
optimzations on a per file basis ?

Glenn
