[cc65] macro arguments

i've been trying to write a macro for the illegal opcode "LAX" ....
i stumbled over the problem that to do this i have to check the
appearance of either "(" or ")" (braces) and also "," (the comma)
in the arguments and that seems to be problematic with the current
implementation somehow.... unless there is some magic that i didnt
find yet :)

any comments? :)

gpz

ps: any objections against a seperate "6510" cpu type that would have
the undocumented opcodes enabled?
