[cc65] ftell and fseek unavailable on c64?

Hello!

If i use ftell and fseek in a program, i get the following error message:

Unresolved external `_lseek' referenced in:
  ftell.s(19)
  fseek.s(19)

Are these function unavailable on the c64? The documentation only says, that
the support depends on the capabilities of the target machine.
