[cc65] cc65 snapshot

I've upgraded my workstation to RedHat 9 yesterday. This means that the
snapshot RPMs are now compiled under RH9 (instead of RH7.3). As a nice side
effect, the RPMs do now include several new drivers which were compiled before
but not added to the RPMs.
