This is the Digital Excess & Hitmen adapter. It's just two DSUBs
connected to PB0-PB7, SP2, and PA2 on the userport. You can get the
instructions on how to build it here:

I built one of these myself, and it's great for 3-player IK+ or
Rampage, and 4-player Bombmania.

They both do pretty much the same thing - give you two more joystick
ports connected to the user port.
