[cc65] drivers...

so, i cleaned up those drivers... i think they are in a state ready to
be simply dropped into the distribution :) (check the ftp :))

while doing this, i was wondering what you think about converting the mouse
support to use loadable drivers aswell.... afaik there are atleast two kinds
of mice for the c64 (1531-alike and pure joystick-emulating mice) and also 
other "pointing devices" (such as lightpen, the koala-pad or even a lightgun) 
could be handled through that api then.

its not that i would currently need any of that, but i recently got myself a 
lightpen and a lightgun and i wouldnt mind coding something that uses them 
(as in, a driver or so :))... maybe i can even dig up a koala pad :)

(wouldnt being able to use contiki with a lightgun be incredibly useful? :=))
