[cc65] New type conversion code

Hi!

I've rewritten the type conversion code of the compiler to fix a few problems
and have a cleaner base for future extensions. This change together with the
last few bugfixes may have broken things. So if you have a chance to give the
latest snapshot a try, please do so and give me some feedback. Because of the
changes, there are places where the generated code is shorter or larger than
before. If you find some of these occurances, please let me know.
