sure? afaik only after runstop/restore

yeah indeed.

however, regardless what i said in the other mail, leaving out the call to 
"restor" might still make sence - because of the memory it accidently 
destroys. (otherwhise its just another argument on the "it cant be restarted 
twice anyway" list :=P)
