[cc65] Any targets with a 65C02 CPU out there?

Hi!

With the Lynx port in mind, I've added a default CPU setting to the targets
for compiler and assembler. This means that "-t target" will also switch the
CPU if not overridden by "--cpu xxx". If there are any targets that *don't*
have a 6502 compatible CPU, please tell me so I can fix the table entries.
