I'm new to cc65 and downloaded the source to cc65-2.7.1. on an Linux machine running SuSE. the cc65-2.9 rpm would not install due to missing dependencies. cc65 compiled fine using gcc. Then I had to manually install it. I can compile the sample programs but am running into problems getting contiki to compile. I'm sure its something I did (or didn't do). I'd appreciate help in checking my install and straightening it out. I'm pretty sure contiki should compile further without these Errors, others have reported success. Files are installed in /usr/bin, /usr/local/lib/cc65/lib and /usr/local/lib/cc65/include Here is the output of my compile test, make -f make/Makefile.c64-rs232 make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/contiki-1.0' cc65 -I arch/c64 -I arch/cc65 -I apps -I ctk -I ek -I lib -I uip -T -t c64 -DCTK _EYECANDY -DWITH_CC65 -DWITH_UIP -DWITH_RS232 -DWITH_WWW -DWITH_TELNET -Or -o c ontiki.s apps/contiki.c uip/uip.h(284): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(334): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(356): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(368): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(401): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(543): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(552): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(589): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(618): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(651): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(657): Error: Preprocessor expression expected uip/uip.h(657): Fatal: Too many errors make[1]: *** [contiki.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/contiki-1.0' make: *** [c64-rs232] Error 2 Other make targets produce the same results. -- Rob ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list send mail to majordomo_at_musoftware.de with the string "unsubscribe cc65" in the body(!) of the mail.
