[cc65] Version 2.9.0 bugs?

Is anyone else using CC65 with the Apple2 libraries?

I upgraded my copy of CC65 to v2.9.0 and now my test
"Hello World" program does not run.  It compiles,
assembles and links fine - with no errors, but the
program just hangs when run in an apple2 emulator.

This is the same hello world program I compiled and
ran before, without any problems.  The final executable
created by the linker is quite different from what
was generated before (in an earlier version of CC65).

I am running the win32 version of CC65 with the apple2
libraries.
