I compiled this for the Atari and it runs.  However, the bgcolor doesn't change (maybe my version of conio is old... v2.9.0) and it runs a little fast to seem like snow.

I put in a *(unsigned char*) 710 = 0; to get black background and increased the delay loop and it looked nicer (to me.)

Portability is Good.
