VICE is of course an open source project- maybe you could drum up
support for coding it. :)  Sadly, I, like so many others have too many
iron objects in the fire class to do that one :)

Unfortunately Vice does not support on emulation of TFE.  I recently
sent 
them an email asking if there were any plans to add emulation of TFE and
was 
told there isn't any.  :-(
