Hello!

In addition to loadkoala i've written loadpaintmagic, which - well -
loads paint magic pictures. Yes, i know, each paint magic pic comes with
a little display routine, but maybe someone (like me :)) want to use
paint magic pics in his own cc65-programms without this routine.

Is there any interest in loadpaintmagic (i.e. for the "contrib" dir)?
It's based on loadkoala and so i've put it under the same license.

Unfortunatly i can't provide a paint magic picture (like the cyberwing
example).
