thats why i am asking.... however the basic functionality is there, the rest 
might be just a matter of changing the api (findfirst/findnext aint that much 
different to opendir/closedir ... however, i have never used the latter 
myself yet - my linux ports use a wrapper that provides the dos api :=P)

new version might be ready in a couple of days.... its going quite well, the 
joy drivers seem to work - and i have a half working NES conio (i want to get 
tetris working with that, then upload :=))
