mmmh...in that oldish snapshot of mine is a findfirst/findnext (the DOS way of 
reading directory) implementation (also in C and also working :=)) ... would 
that be interisting aswell?

i am right now trying to make the 4-player-adapter drivers work with tetris, 
and i'd pretty much like a (portable) way to read directory for that matter 
aswell :=)
