It's a warning, and it's important. If someone creates its own linker config, this warning is important, because it means that there's a high probility that something is wrong with the config. The reason why it doesn't seem as important in the given case is that all this happens with a predefined config, so the user is not aware of it. The correct way to remove the problem is to fix the config, not to suppress the warning.
