All I can say is that grc starts under windows, so I think it's not a problem with the executable. A better error description may help. I'm not able to test GEOS stuff here (as well as Atari stuff, but I still hope I will be able to install Atari800 at one time), and as far as I know Maciej does not use Windows. So I would suggest giving the prerelease binaries a try. What are these two items? This is just a warning. Maciej added the segments to the linker config script, but did not add dummy (empty) segments to the startup code, which would have suppressed these warnings. You can just ignore the message.
