I already use that memory for graphics. In fact every single byte of
that bank is used, including the 4K under $d000.

I should probably also mention that there's a sound irq running on
every rasterline (15.7 kHz), making it tricky (to say the least) to
bank out I/O. On a badline with 8 visible sprites, even a SuperCPU is
going to have a hard time keeping up.
