[cc65] Register variables are back

Newsflash: I've just added register variables (again). When used correctly,
the effect is quite impressing: The plasma demo runs with 15.8 frames per
second using register variables (12 fps without), while groepaz' new fire demo
runs with 8.5 fps (5.1 fps without).

As usual, the changes are in the snapshot, and any feedback is appreciated!
