Thanks! As mentioned before, the code has a problem with chained IRQs - but
this can be solved. I do even think, your idea would also work for the C128.
Another question would be if it is possible to keep the Plus/4 and the C16/116
a common target. The C16 and C116 don't have full 64K of memory, and adding
the routines for the Plus/4 would be a waste for these machines.
