[cc65] cc65 snapshot change

I've added RPM auto build to the snapshot script running each night. As a
result, there will be not only snapshot sources, but also source and binary
RPMs for RedHat (currently 7.3) available each night. The location on the
server has also changed: Because there is now more than one file, a directory
named "snapshot" is created, which contains all the files.
