I think you want the '-S' option on CL65.
You can then optimise your code and and 
the .s file to you project, using CA65 to
create the .o file.

Is it possible to have only a source file (ASM) with cc65 ?

out.s is not enough.

I mean : when i compile a C code, i would like to have only asm code (popa 
routine in asm file, function from library in this file too .. etc) 

In order to optimize ASM code...
