This must be a problem with your environment. I've set up cc65 in my (virtual)
windows box, and your array program works when compiled there. It works also
when compiled under Linux, both using version 2.8.0 and the current
development version. So I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do to help you.

My usual advice for Windows users when strange things start to happen is:
Format the hard disk and do a complete reinstall. This helps in many cases.
