Different machines have different float representations (e.g. Atari is 6-byte BCD), different functions (e.g. in Atari sin/cos are in Atari BASIC, not the OS; so you have to check if there's BASIC, which version is it etc.). Or do you suggest taking Atari / C64 / ... FP routines and putting them in CC65 lib? This violates the copyright, I think.
