The library is covered by Ullrich's license, opposed to the 
compiler's source. Both can be found in "newvers.txt".

Yes: "Permission is granted to anyone to use this software for any 
purpose, including commercial applications [...]"

The license doesn't require this. There are just restrictions *if* 
you distribute (altered) library source code.
And if you use the compiler and the libraries you are asked to give 
credits somewhere in the docs.
