I haven't seen what he did, nor do I have any way to verify it.
However, I will put in my $0.02 here in support of Ullrich concerning
the behavior of GPL zealots (I love that term). I have never made
anything of mine GPL, nor am I likely to. It is a very intrusive kind
of thing to do. As you mention lower down, GPL is like a virus.
