This was quick... I installed a new apache version this afternoon. The new
config file had an Alias directive for /doc/ with special access permissions
and I overlooked this one when merging the old and the new config.
Regarding the killer droids: I managed to get hold of them when they tried to
get out of the door and convinced them that it was not your fault. So you may
come out of the wardrobe now :-)
