While it is quite possible to run a very crippled HTTP/TCP/IP stack with such 
a system (take a look at the iPic 
[http://www-ccs.cs.umass.edu/~shri/iPic.html] for instance), I'm afraid that 
uIP is too large.

But the biggest problem will most likely be to find space for the web pages...
