In my case the VICE-Emulator complaines somthing like: error XXX file already exists. That means to me that the emulator does not use the latest ROM-Codes or what. Yes, in terms of cc65 this is getting offtopic. Thanks, i will try a 2 step deleting ( with a renaming in between ) to avoid loss of data in case of failing.
