Christian Groessler posted a report about the same bug to the developers
mailing list yesterday, and I had already fixed it in the head branch, but I
didn't realize that it is an older bug and in v2.6.1, too.

As a solution, apply the patch from

        ftp://ftp.musoftware.de/pub/uz/cc65/patches/patch-2.6.1-04.txt

to the compiler sources and retranslate them.
