[cc65] Debug info question

Just a quick question:

Is there a standard file format for line or debug infos? Or even better: Is
one of the emulators capable of using line infos for source debugging? Or is
there a free standalone debugger for the 6502 that is capable of doing source
debugging? If so, which file formats do they use?
