Definitely (and I'm using Lynx 2.8.3rel.1; Babelfish didn't push any
cookies or Javascript):

  cc65 has already a longer history of the development behind itself.
  Originally by John R. Dunning for the 8Bitter von Atari developed,
  extended Ullrich of bass joke the cc65 of far to one almost ANSI-C
  conformal compiler.
