It's because you have this content-type:

Content-Type: multipart/signed; micalg=pgp-md5;
 protocol="application/pgp-signature"; boundary="qDbXVdCdHGoSgWSk"

Outlook Express thinks it is a binary, because it has 'application' as MIME-type.

Well, not a good idea. Then people don't know you have a PGP-key.

How about signing as I do? It won't work well on attachments though.
